Terms & Conditions for Versatile Marine

Welcome to Versatile Marine. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Versatile Marine. By accessing and using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review these carefully before submitting your order. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.


1. General Terms

  • By placing an order with Versatile Marine, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

  • All images and descriptions provided on our website represent the actual products to the best of our ability. We encourage customers to thoroughly review product details before purchasing.

2. Orders

  • All orders placed are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • The BUYER hereby places an order for the product(s) listed on our website, and Versatile Marine (SELLER) agrees to deliver as per the listed terms.

  • Once an order is submitted, it cannot be modified. The BUYER assumes responsibility for providing accurate shipping and billing information.

3. Purchase Price

  • All prices listed are in accordance with the sales receipt document at checkout.

  • International customers are responsible for any additional fees, duties, VAT, or taxes applicable upon the product’s entry into their country. Versatile Marine cannot calculate these costs.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Versatile Marine reserves the right to modify or discontinue products or services without prior notice.

4. Delivery and Title

  • All deliveries are shipped as CNF (Cost and Freight). The BUYER assumes responsibility for the product once it is handed over to the carrier.

  • In case of damage, shortage, or loss during transit, it is the BUYER’s responsibility to file a claim with the carrier within three (3) days of receiving the goods.

  • Versatile Marine is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to strikes, accidents, natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemics.

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the BUYER may result in additional fees for redelivery.

5. Inspection

  • BUYERS are required to inspect their products upon delivery and notify Versatile Marine immediately of any discrepancies or defects.

  • Failure to report issues promptly will constitute acceptance of the product in its delivered condition.

6. Warranties

  • All products sold by Versatile Marine are used and/or refurbished unless stated otherwise.

  • No warranties are provided on any products unless specifically stated in the product listing.

7. Liability

  • Versatile Marine’s liability is limited to ensuring the delivery of the selected product at the agreed price.

  • Versatile Marine is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or failure of the product(s).

  • The BUYER assumes all risks associated with the use of purchased products.

8. Alterations and Modifications

  • Any alterations, modifications, or attachments made to the product(s) by the BUYER are at their own expense and risk.

  • Versatile Marine will not be liable for any damages resulting from unauthorized alterations or modifications.

9. Cancellation Policy

  • Versatile Marine reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

  • Orders may be canceled by the BUYER before dispatch. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer allowed.

  • In case of cancellation from the SELLER’s side due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.

  • If an order is canceled due to incorrect pricing, product descriptions, or typographical errors, Versatile Marine will notify the BUYER and provide options to proceed or refund the order.

10. Typographical Errors

  • Versatile Marine reserves the right to correct any typographical errors in product details, prices, or descriptions.

  • If such errors result in an order being placed, Versatile Marine will notify the BUYER for resolution or cancellation.

11. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are subject to our Return Policy, which is available for review on our website.

  • Buyers are encouraged to review the Return Policy before making any purchase.

12. Entire Agreement

  • These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Versatile Marine and the BUYER. No prior communications, verbal or written, will override the terms outlined here.

  • Any modifications to this agreement must be documented and agreed upon in writing by both parties.
